International Student Housing

E-POINT Student Center provides accommodation services for students who are in Ocean City, MD during summer. We are able to contact many local apartment landlords and arrange your housing for you upon arrival. At our center in Ocean City, MD you can also meet your new roommates or obtain roommate information from our information desk.

Usually, there are 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. Also separate single little summer houses are available. Most of the international students are renting apartments that have bunk beds (2 story beds), which is the cheapest way to live in busy resort area. Although there are apartments that have double, queen and even king size beds. Normally 2 to 4 people live in each room. Prices, deposits and terms and conditions depend on location, condition of the units, availability, duration of stay, number of tenants etc.

We strongly encourage you to make prior arrangements about your summer living. This process will be even easier if you contact us with your questions and requests so we can better assist you to find the right option.
